About Me
I have 13 years of experience in perception management, process improvement, sales and marketing in global business and people management.
My journey of mentorship began with a Master's degree in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University. My chosen niche of international trade and business led me to working with Macmillan Education (a Big 5 publishing media house). It is here that I cut my teeth in process improvement, sales and marketing in an era where paperback was dying in favour of blogging, self-publishing, EdTech and Ivy Leagues opening up not only their 101 courses but also their advanced courses for free on YouTube. I was forged in fire making traditional publishing adapt!
From here, I went into political campaigning and fundraising. Creating campaigns that appealed to people's sense of justice in order to make them invested in causes instead of stripping the victims of political persecution of their dignity by filming their shame. My anthroposophical psychology degree came in handy because understanding the psychology of people and communities is the first step towards delivering products AND peace!
The fire in my belly wouldn't allow me to sequester my ideas into the ceilings that come with the corporate. I wanted to use my knack for restructuring businesses into a practice of my own. What followed from this dream was a breadcrumb trail overhauling 337 businesses.
Because the thing standing in the way of the growth of a business is often a bad marriage or toxic family dynamics, I then leveraged my anthroposophical psychology degree to offer counselling to my clients in these areas. The result my clients see lies in seamless business success and a holistic family life!
